2016 is well underway. How are you doing with keeping your New Years Resolutions? Making it through the first month is likely the hardest part of sticking to your goals, so we thought we’d share our resolutions with you in hopes that it will inspire you to stick to yours.

Gina resolves to do more and teach more yoga! Amanda is committed to receiving better (she is a giver) and Dee Dee plans to reconnect with old friends. Shara’s goal is to learn how to sew, while Stephanie aims to walk her dogs more often and learn how to cook something new. Jenn is committed to creating more “me” time and finally Dr. Mai-Ly is devoted to listening more and offering more services to our patients.

While sticking to your New Year’s Resolutions isn’t always easy, by being realistic and specific as to what you hope to accomplish will definitely make a difference in meeting and possibly exceeding your goals for 2016. We wish you all success in this New Year and we look forward to seeing your beautiful smiles.
