Welcome to Fountains Dental Excellence, a leading family and cosmetic dental provider located in the Fountains at Roseville, a convenient drive from Sacramento, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, Granite Bay and surrounding communities. We are easily accessible from I-80, by taking the Highway 65 exit and then the Galleria Boulevard/Stanford Road exit. Proceed to the Galleria Blvd. off-ramp and go south on Galleria Blvd. Turn into the 2nd Fountains at Roseville entrance on Roseville Parkway. We’re located on the same block as the California Pizza Kitchen, between Noodles & Company and Ameritrade in Suite 120.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to the Fountains Dental Excellence office in order to complete a registration form and medical history. If you have recent dental x-rays you may wish to bring them with you. If you are being referred to Fountains Dental Excellence from another dentist, please bring your referral form or letter.
